Payment Information
Purchasing your Pinkels™ from Created Abundance is easy. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any Pinkels™ that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking the ‘ADD’ button. After you have finished ordering, click on CART at the top of your product page. Once you’re happy with your order, select ‘Proceed to checkout’ and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
Your payment is processed by Eway. Through Eway we accept Visa or MasterCard.
PLEASE NOTE: The record of transaction on your Visa/Mastercard statement will refer to this purchase as from Created Abundance, our business name.

Delivery Information
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time.
All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay then you will be notified and given the choice to place the order on backorder or to cancel your order.
What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?
We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order when received, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder or amending your order.
If an item is no longer available we will notify you immediately so that you can revise your order.
Do prices include GST?
The price quoted in the product price is inclusive of GST. The final total includes GST and is in Australian dollars. Prices include freight, postage and handling.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns At Created Abundance we make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations and are packaged securely for postage.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, the goods must be returned to us within 10 working days of invoice at your expense. Any payments made will be credited to your account after goods have been received by us and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged Goods If any items arrive via Australia Post damaged we are happy to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will notify you and offer a substitute of equal value or your money back. The damaged goods must be returned to us within 10 working days of receipt at your expense. The replacement goods will be sent to you with postage and handling being at our expense.
Your Right To Cancel Once your order is accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation notice. The order may be cancelled within 2 days from receipt of this confirmation. To do so you must supply us written notice (email is acceptable). Any payments made will be refunded in full after receipt of cancellation notification. If goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation notification being received, we will wait for you to return the goods, in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging; within 10 working days and at your expense and then we will fully refund any payments made.
Conformity Of Goods We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
